Besides my own personal experience as as mother of 2, soon to be three, I have collaborated and helped over a hundred families get their babies and toddlers sleeping soundly through the night!

• BS Psychology (2011)

• Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant via The Cradle Coach Academy (2020). The Cradle Coach Academy is recognized by The Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists.

• Certified in Newborn Care via the The Cradle Coach Academy (2021).

• Completed additional training via TCCA in the following topics: Pedatric Parasomnias, Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Children, Separation Anxiety, Reflux, Infant Massage, Positive Parenting, and Melatonin and Child Sleep.

• Regional Director for the Middle East Area in the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC).

• Member of The Sleep Sorority, worldwide community of pediatric sleep coaches that gives me access to support and consultation with other +100 sleep coaches
